These cocktails have been chosen with care to offer great alternatives to enjoy our berry alcohols

cocktail

Cocktail the Great Lady

Ingredients:

165 ml (2/3 cup) raw cane sugar

Zest of 1 lime

65ml (1/4 cup) dried cranberries

1 oz white wine

1 oz champagne or dry sparkling wine

1.5 oz of Lady Annabelle

Lime or orange peel

Preparation:

1- In a food processor, place the cane sugar, lime zest and cranberries, grind until the mixture is homogeneous.

2- Wet the rim of the glass, pass the glass through the mixture.

3- Add the white wine, the champagne and the Lady Annabelle. Garnish with a lime peel.

Cocktail the Valley of the Gods

Ingredients:

1 strawberry brunoise

A few blueberries

5 ml (1 tsp sugar)

2 ml (1/2 tsp) lemon juice

1 oz soda lime

1 oz carbonated water

1 oz alcohol Vallée de Qu'apelle

Mint

Preparation:

1- In a bowl, mix the strawberry brunoise with the blueberries. Add sugar, lemon juice and mint.

2- Pour the soda, the carbonated water, then the Vallée de Qu'appelle into a glass. Add the strawberry and blueberry base mixture.

Making Cocktail

Pioneer Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp. birch syrup

2oz gin

cream soda to taste

Preparation:

Fill a 10 oz glass with ice.

Add gin, birch syrup and lemon juice.

Mix gently with a mixing spoon.

Add thecream soda to taste.

Cocktail au citron

Forbidden fruit cocktail

Ingredients:

1 oz cranberry juice

1 oz sparkling ginger drink

1 oz of cider Pomme de Velours

frozen cranberry

A wedge of diced apple

A slice of orange

A few ice cubes

Preparation:

Put a few ice cubes in a glass. Add some frozen cranberries, the diced apple and the orange slice.

Add the cranberry juice and the Pomme de Velours cider.

Fill to taste with sparkling ginger drink.

Taste!

Cocktail Déco

Black velvet de Velours

Ingredients:

4 oz Stout-type beer

4 oz of cider Pomme de Velours

a few ice cubes

Preparation:

Put a few ice cubes in a tall 10oz glass

Add the beer and the Pomme de Velours cider in equal parts.

Taste!

  Accompany your BBQ on a beautiful summer day.

Lady Marmalade

Ingredients:

1 oz Lady Annabelle plum mistelle
½ oz simple syrup
½ grapefruit juice 
½ cranberry juice

Ice cubes

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well and serve over ice in the glass of your choice.

Cocktail aux fruits de la passion et aux framboises

Kir de Velours

Ingredients:

1 oz of Vallée de Qu'appelle
Champagne or sparkling wine

a few frozen raspberries

Preparation:

Put a few raspberries in a flute, add 1 oz of Vallée de Qu'apelle and fill with the sparkling wine or champagne of your choice. Taste!

Margarita

Pear of Velvet

Ingredients:

1.5 oz or liquor Les belles du lac
2 drops Dillon's Pear Bitters
1 egg white
3 cardamom seeds

A little lemon juice to taste

Preparation:

Crush the 3 cardamom seeds and put everything in the shaker, adding the rest of the ingredients  except the egg white.

Add ice and put the egg yolk on top.

Shake firmly for about 30 seconds. 

Filter the contents then pour the contents into a glass
with ice.

Taste!

Cocktail au citron vert
Cocktail apéritif

Shirley Temple of our own

Ingredients:

150 ml (5 oz) lemon-lime soda

10 ml (1/3 oz) Le vent du Nord cherry mistelle

1 lime wedge

1 maraschino cherry

Ice cubes

Preparation:

Prepare a glass with ice cubes.

Pour in the soda and the cherry mistelle. 

Squeeze the lime over the glass to extract the juice and then drop it into the glass.

Add the cherry to the glass.

Taste!
